We believe that knowledge is power, and through our comprehensive programs and collaborations, we provide actionable learning opportunities for women to become investors in various financial, personal, and community initiatives.

About Us
QSS Baltimore is a community-based organization that brings women together to develop their capacities through public-private collaborations. We understand the importance of equipping women with the skills they need to thrive personally, financially, and in their communities. Our programs encompass a wide range of areas to support holistic development:
1. Life Skills and Financial Literacy: We offer courses and workshops that provide essential life skills and financial literacy training. These skills empower women to make informed financial decisions and take control of their financial well-being.

2. Mental Health Management: We recognize the impact of stress on overall well-being. Through our programs, we provide tools and resources to help women effectively manage stress and prioritize mental health.

4. Health and Wellness: We believe that personal well-being is essential for success. Our health and wellness initiatives focus on promoting a balanced lifestyle and educating women on maintaining their physical and mental health.
5. Micro Business Incubation: For aspiring entrepreneurs, we offer a micro business incubation program. Through this initiative, we provide mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities to help women launch and grow their small businesses.

Meet our Board
Shireen Samuel Robinson is the Vice President at Queens Sisterhood Society, Non-Profit organization and loves connecting with other beautiful women to serve and grow, leading workshops, and reading. She has spent most of her career serving and leading in urban public K-8 education, gaining experiences in areas such as organizational leadership, staff development, literacy coaching and climate and culture influences. While leadership is her primary function by day, Ms. Samuel Robinson also enjoys floral design and financial education.

With our program and partnerships with other organizations, we strive to empower 250 individuals in the Baltimore Metropolitan area over the next year.
